What if they don't find you for one reason only —
because your brand doesn't sound like you?
You have built something and you notice it doesn't sound like you. First we find your core — and build everything else out of it. In that order, because otherwise it doesn't hold.
Book a discovery call free · 30 minutes First with yourself. Then your topics. Then the right people.↓Half the trade builds on the outside.
Logo, funnel, automation, content plan. It gets expensive and it doesn't hold. Not because the craftspeople are bad, but because you cannot build a brand on a core nobody ever looked for.
… and what would be right instead?
Three connections, in this order. None of them works without the one before.
Connect with yourself.
One day, no script. We go to the point where you stop explaining and start sensing. What is there afterwards, you said yourself — I only held it.
Your core, in your own words. Not in mine.
… and what do you do with that?
Connect your topics.
Positioning, offer, price, brand, sales. All from one source instead of five guidebooks that contradict each other. That is why every piece ends up pointing the same way.
A document against which every later decision can be checked.
… and who does that reach?
Connect with the right people.
Whoever sounds like themselves is found by the people looking for the same thing. Not by more people — by the ones who fit. You notice the difference in the effort before you notice it in the revenue.
Clients with whom the work gets lighter instead of heavier.
… and what does it get me?
Clarity is not an end in itself.
Whoever cannot say what they sell, sells on price. Whoever can say it, sells on fit.
- You can say it.With a name, with a price, with one sentence saying who it is for.
- It is incomparable.Offer what everyone offers and you will be measured on price.
- It works now. What exists can be sold. What is still being sought costs months.
An offer that comes out of you is incomparable — and what cannot be compared is not compared, it is chosen. That is the whole difference between competing over decimals and a conversation in which the price does not come up.
And there is the pace: an offer that exists can be sold tomorrow. One that still has to be found costs months, and the rent falls due anyway.
… and how does someone who thinks like that work?
Values that cost something.
Whoever is not truly in the room asks the second-best question.
Keep the expectation low and the result above it. Turn it around and you sell once.
Thinking does not make it better. What the head clears up, the body has to confirm.
One minute that actually happens beats twenty you intend.
I say where my competence ends. That is the difference between a professional and a salesman.
The same stance carries the work of Disruptive Consciousness, where it is about whole companies rather than individuals. If you notice your entire house is at stake, you belong there.
… is this for me?
People who have everything on the outside — and do not know their own core.
The work, the revenue, the recognition are there. The connection to it is missing. Self-employed people, owners, people on the way there.
How I recognise my people
- They burn for their thing.
- What they actually do matters almost not at all to me — jewellery, physiotherapy, plant engineering, consulting.
- I want to see that it pulls them. Where that ember is, I can work.
Who I do not work with
- Anyone still fighting for revenue. Then a different question is due, not this one.
- Anyone who wants to order a finished brand without looking inside.
- Anyone who believes there is one perfect moment, one perfect client, one perfect campaign.
… and why him of all people?
I take nobody to a place I have not been myself.
Ten years self-employed. Startups from the inside, mid-sized companies from the outside — and enough founders seen to know where it usually goes wrong: not in what they can do, but in the fact that nobody can say in one sentence what they sell.
I am not the best web developer and I do not run the best ads. There are people who do nothing else all day.
My place is before that — where it is decided what should be built at all. The foundation. And the craft that follows I do with AI: fast enough that it adds up, good enough that it holds.
Two years ago this would not have worked. Back then you needed someone for every step. Today you need one person who knows what should be built.A hybrid
Studied business and architecture. Design and economics in one person.
Built it myself
Ten years self-employed: brands, websites, software, campaigns. Companies built up — and companies driven into the wall. Both.
Accompanied
Companies through spin-offs, many owner-led firms through change. Focus: brand, sales, marketing.
The whole chain, not one trade.
In every single trade there are better people. Better developers, better writers, better media buyers. What is rare is someone who knows the whole chain — from what you are to the button that gets clicked.
Because most bottlenecks are not inside a trade. They sit between two: the brand says one thing and the offer another. The site is beautiful and nobody writes. The price does not match what is delivered afterwards.
Where this comes from
Founded a startup in 2016, funded through EXIST. What started aimed at private customers became a business-to-business approach — out of it came a company with an energy utility as investor, which I led for close to three years. The turn was the work: changing a business model without giving up the venture.
The best work I ever did never came out of a briefing. I used to photograph portraits: four hours of talking, then one hour of photographs. People asked every time when we would finally start — and the talking was the work.
My deepest value is connection. Not success, not growth. Everything I built and lost again can be measured by it: where there was connection, it held.
I want people to build something that sounds like them — and not like whatever happens to work right now.
… and what does it cost me not to do it?
Reference
Cooperation
What it costs not to do it.
Four situations. Each one can be checked — you either recognise it or you don't.
It half works, it wears like borrowed clothes, and one day it gets rebuilt. Then you pay twice.
The more common case. The idea is there and never begins — because it is unclear whether it holds. It costs nothing and it costs everything.
Position yourself wrongly and you attract the wrong clients and justify prices below what the work is worth.
Never reaching your own resonance. Years in work that functions on the outside and not on the inside.
… and what does it cost to do it?
Four paths, one beginning.
Development needs time, not deliveries. That is why there is no ladder of separate pieces but four programmes — and every one of them starts with the same day.
- The day
- Holding the clarity
- Brand and market
- Development
The day
One day. By the evening you are online and reachable. Three things, all finished: The core — an offer you can say out loud: with a name, with a price, with one sentence saying who it is for, and with the one bottleneck it solves for the customer. As a printed booklet. A small page, live. WhatsApp Business, connected to the page. Small means small: one page with one way to get in touch. Not a multi-page site, not a shop, not a blog — that comes later, if you need it.

Holding the clarity
The day, and then your site built out — from your core, not from a template. Plus one conversation a month, so the clarity does not slip again.

Brand and market
Plus findability and images: Google profile, map entry, one day of photography. Accompaniment every two weeks.

Development
All of it, plus film and sales. Continuous accompaniment across the whole year.

What runs in every programme
- The real picture, from the actual numbersWhat is happening: analytics, ads, ad spend. Not what is assumed.
- And a target picture from itQuantitative and qualitative, both put so that you can later see whether it happened.
- Selling on a concrete caseNot as training, but on the customer you want to win now: the objection that comes, and the sentence that resolves it.
- Reaching those who do not know you yetRetailers, stores, multipliers — with the opening that fits you.
- Bringing in specialists, with the briefing doneBrief someone and they deliver. Ask someone and they advise.
Nobody does marketing as well as the people inside the company — nobody knows the product that well. That is why the work starts with your time and only then moves to outside help.
The day can be split: half on agreement, half in the evening, when everything stands. That is not a discount — it is the assurance that it is worth it.
… and now?
One day to find your core — and a company that sounds like you afterwards.
By the evening you have an offer you can say out loud — with a name, with a price, with one sentence saying who it is for, and with the one bottleneck it solves for the customer. That is your core, as a printed booklet. A small page, live. WhatsApp Business, so someone can reach you. Three things, all finished.
Before that there is a thirty-minute conversation that costs nothing. In it we work out whether the day is the right step for you — and if it is not, I say so.
